Opening with shimmering guitar tones that are shortly joined by a punchy bassline, "Lady Lovesick" is an fantastically anthemic gem from the get-go. Emotive, clear-cut vocals drive the track, sitting atop a bed of signature indie instrumentation throughout the verses, building up to the electrifying pre-chorus and infectious chorus that you'll instantly be singing along to. If you've been looking for that perfect upbeat summer track, then look no further - "Lady Lovesick" has you covered.

"Lady Lovesick" continues to be carried by that brilliantly catchy energy throughout, particularly in the bridge where repeated lyrics and chants of "woah-oh-oh" dance above the instrumentation and build on a sound big enough to fill stadiums as the song reaches a huge, impassioned crescendo.

Speaking of the track, the Mancunian quartet explain; “"Lady Lovesick" is actually about a girl who wants the idea of a loving relationship but when it’s right in front of them they can’t see it, they’re bored and chase the thrill of a new relationship hoping things will be different, but inevitably it’s not. It’s more of a conversation from the perspective of the friend who sees the faults in her logic but knows she won’t listen and is getting frustrated because it’s not the first time this conversation has happened, and feels it won’t be the last.”
